food routine




ACTUALLY I always buy the same stuff at the supermarket... eventhough there are so many great different foods to varify my daily nutrition.






 





My always bought food top10 is:
1. tomato
2. pepper
3. milk
4. mozzarella cheese
5. white bread
6. lettuce
7. canned tomato
 8. rice
9. spaghettis noudles
10. banana/ apple







And most of the time I eat sandwiches, salads with bread or noudles with tomato sauce or rice with some roasted veggies.

But there is so much more!

If you are with me on that case, let's try new recipies, food and make nutrition much more fun!
Let's try a fruit salad one day
And the other let's try to make home-made sushi
Find a light way a baking a chocolate brownie
and above all take time for your daily diet.
Cooking can be so much fun, for example if you invite friends for dinner
or  shop and cook together.




Then if you live alone like me, you don't have to take the responsibilty about all your diet alone, when you are eating with friends you won't binge and eat slowly and more awareably.
So try it yourself!

Even your daily we hour coffee can be so much more fun.
Think of great milkfoam, beautiful cups and cans and a little special gift that comes with it, like a strawberry, different flavours or a teeny tiny cookie.






Food and diet doesn't have to be something just hard and nervy it really can be fun and something beautiful just like a bikini model figure....
I'm sure that we all cann just change our eating habits when we're into it and like the new way.
